Citrus Flower Honey

The Porat Apiary has grazing areas located in the heart of the Negev orchards, which blossom in the spring. The scents of flowering affect the fragrance and flavor of the honey.
The citrus originated from southeast Asia and are common in the Mediterranean basin and other regions.
The citrus include orange, lemon, clementine, citron (Etrog), pomelo and many others.
